It's been a while...

When I started this blog I was so sure I'd keep up with it and post regularly but it didn't really happen as planned. So I guess now is a good a time as any to try and re-cap the last 7 months since my last entry.

First things first. School ended in December and the holidays came and went in the blink of an eye! I miss my Sundays at the college because that day although it was the longest with classes both in the am & pm it was by far THE most fun day of the school week. I got to bake bread in the morning and work with isomalt and & sugar in the evenings. Here's a little glimpse at some awesome things I learned and all of the fun things I got to do!

 
Now on to other things. Since school ended I got a new job and I'm anxiously awaiting graduation day on May 23rd!
I'm still doing cakes for all my friends and family to try and keep polishing my skills and trying out new techniques and products.
I'm also working on a business plan and hopefully my new sweet business venture will hopefully be up and off the ground by the end of this year if not sooner! So lots of new and exciting things are going on this year and I just couldn't be happier! :)
